With the advancement in technology and the power of the internet all you need is a free skype account, and the use of a pc, smart phone or ipad.
This is not some automated programme, every workout is delivered to you via the internet with visual access to exercise demonstrations, so you can watch all the movements at your convenience. Workouts are delivered using advanced personal training software specifically designed to track and monitor your progress.
Constant reviews and contact via email and Skype, so you’ll always have the opportunity to ask questions while reaching out for motivation and personal development.

Find your “Fit” time: You will access to your programme at all times, if you want to work out in a gym or at home that’s fine too. Or you might want to do both then that’s great. I help you devise a plan that allows you get your workouts in the most effective way so it doesn’t eat into your day.
